Mörtvik - a  larger summer cottage for rent  by the sea (100 m own shore line) on the island of  Munapirtti (in the village of  Tuuski)  in the archipelago of Pyttis in South of Finland.  The time for renting: starting from  week 18 2007 and continuing to week 40. Also  longer rent agreements can be made. 

The cottage is very suitable for a bigger family or for persons with requirements for space. Permanent beds for 8-10 persons. The cottage have its own  upper garden and seaside area with its own privacy. The lot is nearly 2 hectares!  The place is very suitable for children. Warm water supply in the kitchen and shower in the separate sauna. Outdoor comfortable closet. Other necessary belongings are available (dishwasher, micro  etc.  Satellite TV/ DVD). 

On the seaside side a small sandy beach and a large dockside with a nice sea view. Motorboat, other boats (roaring boat, small sail boat, windsurfing board) and ATW available according to separate agreement. Fishing rights on the water of  the local community. Shops on approx. 10 km distance and shopping mall approx. 20 km distance.  You can reach the cottage the seaway or the land way. The road reach all the way to the steps of the main  building and parking lots for at least 10 vehicles.
